Trout, Unexpected Beauty

This is a picture of a trout that I bought at Earth Fare this week to have for dinner. A lot of people look at a dead fish and see a slimy, gross creature. But when I look at this picture, I see beauty. The scales shine in the light and show a range of colors. The fish's eyes to most would be disgusting, but I think the light that reflects off of them is beautiful. To me, its skin is what makes it beautiful. Its smoothness and shininess are attractive and have a feel unlike anything else. I think that this fish shows unexpected beauty because you don't think you will find beauty in something that is slimy and dead, but if you really look at something and admire its qualities, beauty can be found almost anywhere.
